Steven Janovici

      Private Investigator Steven Janovici earned his Bachelor's Degree at The School of Visual Arts in New York City where he studied journalism, photography, and videography. He uses much of this today in his investigations.

      In 1982 Steven Janovici joined the New York City Police Department where he was assigned as a Police Officer. He was later promoted to Detective where he continued to serve for 20 successful years.

      In the mid 1980's Steven Janovici was assigned to the N.Y.P.D. Applicant Investigation Processing Divison. While in this assignment he had conducted hundreds of background investigations on candidates that had dreams of becoming New York City Police Officers.

      In May of 1997 Steven Janovici while working as a police officer in the N.Y.P.D. made one of New York City's largest drug busts in N.Y.C. history performed by one police officer.(Over 10 million dollars of pure cocaine). Steven Janovici soon became a detective, and he has made approximately 350-400 arrests during his career.

      Steven Janovici has made many high profile arrests of criminals, which included armed robberies,burglaries, gun possessions, and possession of a bomb. He has also made three separate bribery arrests in his career which shows that he has high integrity. He has also earned 76 medals in the New York City Police Department.

       Steven Janovici has performed many thorough investigations, and has made many arrests as an N.Y.P.D. Detective while assigned to the N.Y.P.D.'s Organized Crime Control Bureau.

      After 20 years being assigned to the New York City Police Department, Detective Steven Janovici retired and had aspirations to continue his work as an investigator. He then passed the New York State Private Investigator's test, and got bonded. He then received his license from New York State as a Private Investigator.
